The Palisade Palms Oceanfront Condominiums is the first residential project on Galveston Island’s east end built in 20 years. With these first floors air conditioned, a need for thermal insulation was called for on the ceiling of the parking garage.

A 3 inch application of K-13 was applied to the underside of the first floor to achieve an R-Value of 11. The color light gray was chosen because it blended in with the cement and gave a nice comfortable quiet environment.
